Get yourself a pair of dumbbells or a kettlebell and you are good to go! If you don’t have weights you can start out with bodyweight exercises and work your way up! Start your home weight workouts for women!

There are SO many ways to do this. One we really like is splitting up your workouts one day doing push exercises and the next day doing pull exercises.

What are some beginner weight training tips?

Make sure to always warm up! Some cardio and band exercises are great for example. Start with weight on the lighter side. Do not go to heavy for the first few weeks (or even months!). Gradually increase weight over time. As you workout, keep it to around 45 min to an hour.

What are the basic weight training moves?

Squatting, pushing, pulling, hinging and core work! You can get an excellent workout in with just a kettlebell.
